Dear friends!

Here I want to share an idea of cool and sporty Xmas gift, which makes excited not only kids, but also adults.

Trampoline a versatile and multi-functional simulator, which can easily replace any exercise (10-15 minutes of intense jumping on a trampoline can be equated to running 2-3 kilometers) and beyond.

Jumping at the tranpoline:

reinforce large and small muscles of the back, body, legs, and, in principle, train all our body literally from head to fingertips;

each landing on springy trampoline equals twice the force of gravity, so from regular workouts will strengthen not only muscles but also the bones;

improve the coordination of movements, the work of the vestibular apparatus and the motility of the feet.

gymnasts on trampoline, it is like a cat from any position capable to land on his feet (to jump without harm to health, it is necessary to use right the knees, ankle and, of course, head);

stimulate blood circulation, providing oxygen to the brain, improving its efficiency, and hence the concentration, memory and attention.

in my opinion, doctors are obliged to prescribe trampoline to inattentive people and those whose profession is associated with an active mental activity; finally, the trampoline sport it is a very effective antidepressant.
