Month without caffeine

I am trying to limit the amount of drink coffee and tea, because the caffeine in it increases the level of stress hormone cortisol in the blood. It weakens us.

Therefore, instead of a cup of coffee or tea better to drink in the morning for breakfast cocktail that strengthens the body and supports the immune system.

I want to share with you few of my favorite recipes. Just mix the following ingredients in a blender – and enjoy a refreshing drink.

Orange drink: 300 ml of unsweetened orange juice, 4 things dried apricots or prunes, 2 tablespoons of wheat bran.

Milkshake: 250 ml of soy or rice milk, 200 g of fresh, dried or frozen fruit, a tablespoon of flaxseed and 2 tablespoons of wheat bran.

Tomato drink: 300 ml of tomato juice, ½ cans of tuna in its own juice or 40 grams of feta cheese (can be as tofu), a tablespoon of flaxseed, a small clove of garlic, a few leaves of parsley.
